Connect PetPooja or Prism

Connect your POS once. Your menu comes across from the POS, and orders from the table, delivery and pickup reach it, so the kitchen works from one place. Dine in on Muncho runs through your POS.

You will need: your PetPooja restaurant ID if you use PetPooja. You find it on your PetPooja dashboard.

Open Dashboard in the sidebar and go to Connect your POS in the setup checklist. You can also start from Dine in, which says Connect your POS to switch on Dine in until a POS is connected.

  • PetPooja: pick it, type your PetPooja restaurant ID and press Connect.
  • Prism: pick it and press Connect. Our team sets the connection up for you.
  • Posist, Lucid, Digitory or Something else: pick it (for Something else, type the name under Which POS do you use?) and press Connect. Our team takes it from there.

Muncho emails PetPooja to ask them to connect you, with you in copy. Reply all to that email to confirm. The step says We have asked PetPooja to connect you. They usually reply within a working day. Press Check again to see where it has got to, or Carry on without it for now and come back later.

When the step says Connected, press Sync PetPooja (or Sync Prism) at the top of any screen to pull your menu across. Do it again after every menu change on your POS. See Sync your menu from your POS.

It says "Enter your PetPooja restaurant ID."

The ID box is empty. Find the ID on your PetPooja dashboard, type it in and press Connect again.

It says "Waiting on PetPooja to send the mapping across."

PetPooja has not finished their side yet. Check that you replied all to the email, then press Check again later.

It says "Our team has picked this up and will be in touch."

Something needs a person to look at it. We are on it and will message you. Nothing more is needed from you.

A dish I changed in Muncho went back

On PetPooja and Prism, the POS is where the menu lives. The next sync overwrites changes made in Muncho. Make the change on your POS, then sync.
