What guests see
A table QR opens the correct venue, section and table. Dine-in ordering requires the venue’s connected POS and configured tables.
1. Open the table menu
Section titled “1. Open the table menu”A guest scans the QR for their own table. They review the venue and table information before browsing categories and dishes. Avoid sharing a different table’s code with the group.
2. Build the order
Section titled “2. Build the order”Guests select dishes, quantities and required choices. The cart shows the order before it is placed. Availability and options follow the venue’s current menu.
3. Follow the venue’s ordering flow
Section titled “3. Follow the venue’s ordering flow”Depending on the venue’s configured flow, guests may submit an order or pay before the order is completed. A read-only menu does not offer the same controls as an ordering menu. A staff member can help through the waiter app when enabled.
4. Review and pay the bill
Section titled “4. Review and pay the bill”Guests check the bill and displayed charges, then follow the payment methods offered by the venue. Staff should confirm payment from the bill or payment record, not from a guest screenshot alone.
