Delivery area and guest addresses

Delivery uses the selected venue and outlet’s settings. A guest being able to open the menu does not mean every address can receive a delivery.

Open Settings, then Address. Check the physical pickup address and map location. Save corrections to the correct venue before adjusting its delivery area.

Open Delivery settings and select the outlet. Review Max Distance (km) and the available delivery-fee controls. Set only an area your selected fulfilment method can serve.

Review Fulfillment and whether deliveries use restaurant staff or the connected rider service. Check free-delivery thresholds and distance-based charges where those controls are available. Save the intended settings together.

Open the venue’s delivery link and enter a suitable demonstration address to see whether it is served and what charges are shown. Do not place a live test order or book a rider just to check the address screen.

Check the saved location, outlet and radius first. If an otherwise valid address still fails, share the outlet and the rejected address area with support, without sending unrelated customer address records.
