Plans and the Muncho wallet

Using Muncho’s restaurant tools needs a plan, and every plan has every module. Plans start at Basic: Rs 999 a month billed yearly (Rs 11,999 a year), or Rs 1,199 month to month, with Rs 1,000 of wallet money every month. The bigger plans, Starter, Pro, Max and Ultra, add more wallet money each month and more calls at once, and from Pro up a lower AI call rate. Prices are per outlet, plus 18% GST. Marketing and the website builder are priced separately.

The wallet is one balance that pays for what Muncho does for you as it happens: AI calls, riders and the Muncho fee on deliveries, WhatsApp order updates and pictures. Your plan’s wallet money and any money you add both land in it.

The Wallet line at the bottom of the sidebar shows your balance. Press it to open Billing. Under In your wallet you see:

  • Plan allowance this month: the usage money your plan adds each month. Unused plan money carries over once.
  • Top-up balance: money you added yourself, and when it is valid till.

Press Add money. Type the amount: the minimum is Rs 1,000, and a top-up is valid for 365 days. Pick how to pay:

  • Pay online: instant, and adds about 2% plus GST.
  • Bank transfer: no fee. The money is credited when it arrives.

Press Pay (or Confirm bank transfer). The summary shows GST at 18% on top of the amount.

Further down the same page, Rates on your Basic plan (with your own plan’s name) lists every price, grouped by what it buys. All prices are before GST.
