Appearance, buttons and ads
Appearance and promotions belong to the channel guests are viewing. Select the right channel before editing.
1. Change the menu appearance
Section titled “1. Change the menu appearance”Open the channel’s Appearance page. Review its colours, fonts, layout and branding controls. Save the choices, then preview that channel’s menu on a phone.
2. Review the menu buttons
Section titled “2. Review the menu buttons”Open Buttons for the same channel. Check each button’s label, destination and whether it is enabled. Use a complete, correct destination rather than a link copied from another venue.
3. Add a banner
Section titled “3. Add a banner”Open Ads, then Banner Ads, and press Create Banner Ad. Enter Banner Title, then choose what happens when a guest taps it: External URL, Menu Category, Specific Dish or No Action. When linking to a dish or category, select the actual item from this venue.
Under Upload Image, choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image. A wide 21:9 image is recommended. Check the crop and press Save & Apply, then review the image preview.
4. Choose where and when it appears
Section titled “4. Choose where and when it appears”Check Date Range if the banner should appear only on certain dates, and review Daily Time Range for its hours. Under Shows on, pick the menus that should display it, then press Create Banner. Open the matching guest menu to check the image and destination.
Popups have their own list and form; edit the right kind of promotion rather than changing an unrelated banner.
