Sync your menu from your POS
If you use PetPooja or Prism, your POS is where dishes and prices live. Syncing brings your latest menu across to Muncho, so what guests see on their phone matches your POS.
You will need: PetPooja or Prism connected to Muncho. See Connect PetPooja or Prism.
1. Sync after a change on your POS
Section titled “1. Sync after a change on your POS”Change dishes, prices or categories on your POS as you normally do. Then, at the top of any screen in your Muncho dashboard, press Sync PetPooja (or Sync Prism). A message says Syncing PetPooja…, then Synced! Reloading…, and the page reloads with the new menu.
On a small screen the button shows only the PetPooja or Prism logo.
2. Refresh the menu guests see
Section titled “2. Refresh the menu guests see”Press Update Menu next to it. Tick the sections you want to refresh and press Update. Muncho publishes the latest menu to those sections.
Common failures
Section titled “Common failures”I changed a dish in Muncho and it went back to how it was
On PetPooja and Prism, the next sync overwrites the menu with what is on your POS. Make dish and price changes on the POS, then sync.
I cannot see the Sync button
It only shows when PetPooja or Prism is connected, and only to logins that can manage the menu. Ask the owner to give you menu access under Staff.
It says "Sync failed"
Try again in a minute. If it fails again, message your Muncho account manager with the time you tried.
The change does not show on the guest menu yet
The guest menu is cached. Press Update Menu, tick the section and press Update. If it still does not show after a few minutes, message your Muncho account manager.
