Phone numbers
Phone numbers belong to the venue’s AI calling setup. Verification, renting a number and assigning an agent are separate steps; a saved agent alone does not answer your business number.
1. Open My Numbers
Section titled “1. Open My Numbers”Open AI Phone Calls, then My Numbers. Check the numbers already connected to this venue before requesting another one.
2. Review verification and access
Section titled “2. Review verification and access”Follow the verification section shown on the page. A manager login is required for number and verification management. Do not send private verification files or account credentials in an ordinary chat.
3. Get a number when needed
Section titled “3. Get a number when needed”An authorised manager can use Get a number and follow the supported availability, verification and payment steps. Review recurring charges and the final confirmation before buying. Do not assume every requested number or region is available.
4. Set the calling agents
Section titled “4. Set the calling agents”Choose the incoming-call agent for the number and the agents allowed to call out from it. Check the number and agent before saving. Arrange an authorised test using your own team, never an unapproved customer number.
