Reelo
Reelo is a separate loyalty integration. Connect the merchant account for this venue rather than using another venue’s key.
1. Open the integration
Section titled “1. Open the integration”Open Integrations, then Reelo. Check whether the page says Connected or Not Connected.
2. Enter the merchant key
Section titled “2. Enter the merchant key”From an authorised account, enter the venue’s Merchant key in the dashboard field. Keep that key private; do not paste it into WhatsApp, a screenshot or a public guide.
3. Connect and verify
Section titled “3. Connect and verify”Press Connect and wait for the result. Check the saved connection state before relying on rewards. A copied key in the field is not proof that a connection succeeded.
4. Check a supported reward flow
Section titled “4. Check a supported reward flow”Use the venue’s approved test process to verify the expected reward behaviour. Do not assume a Reelo connection automatically changes every ordering channel or replaces the venue’s Muncho loyalty configuration.
If it will not connect
Section titled “If it will not connect”Check the merchant account and entered key in the secure dashboard. Give support the connection error and venue, not the private key itself.
